A family trade
Tony grew up around fish and chip shops; it's the family business. That's where he learned the things you can't rush: how hot the oil should be, how thick the batter, and which potatoes make a chip worth eating.
He's known for it, too. Customers mention him by name in their Google reviews, and one remembers him promising, "These will be the best chips you've ever tasted."

37 years on the High Street
Sea World has been frying fish on Burnham High Street since around 1989. The shop has a new navy front and a new frying range, but it's still a traditional chippy: cod, haddock and plaice, pies and saveloys, mushy peas and curry sauce.
Alongside the fish and chips we serve Turkish-style kebabs, with the doner cut by hand, plus burgers that are grilled rather than fried.

Tony is a legend and so is this food place. The fish chips and doner and nuggets were sensational. Tony was kind enough to let try the doner then we couldn’t resist and had to buy some. Portion sizes are generous and prices reasonable.
